CCS at NJMP screw up 4/30/2010

no false start there - i asked specifically when i took the school - they said as soon as the shoulder/flag/arm moves an inch - GOOOOooooooooo!

doesnt look like anyone jumped to me. and im the starter of that race. and i never through a checker twice if i checker a race i checker a race.

You go as soon as the flagger does any movement on bringing the flag up.

We were always told the second the tip of the green flag moves, go. Not only go on the down movement.

It KIND of does. Flag goes UP, you guys start moving, and are still behind the line though by the time the flag goes DOWN
