If you ever go to china or japan or anywhere else tofu is natively made, you'll find out that tofu isn't a bland block of white shit that everyone thinks it is. you just have to get it from the right person...in japan people will go to a restaurant and order nothing but a huge block of tofu....

It's not a good idea to fry with sesame oil - it's unstable at high temperatures and can oxidize and burn easily. Peanut oil is a much better choice. Other than that, I'll definitely try this the next time I'm craving stir fry :-)
