my gf just got one today, and really, it is piece of shit, well, you get what you pay. it does come with 34x optical, but with samsuny lens and without stabilizing system, the optical zoom just doesnt stand out at all. going to return tomorrow

I bought this camcorder a fortnight ago. It's awesome. Sooo cheap yet has pretty much everything you could want for amature stuff.

My one complaint would be that the zoom control is a touch sensitive. Doesn't look like I can change the sensitivity either.
