  • Good gracious you look beautiful! I have a difficult time paying attention to what you are saying lol. You are an outstanding looking woman!

  • hey Shannon - What is the name of the iPhoen App you were sharing? I have seen some in the App store, but not too many great reviews. Thank you!

  • @slive2k It's called "HCG Diet" app for the iPhone. Not only am I using it, but I am also formulating recipes that will be included in a future upgrade of this app!

  • becareful you could poke an eye out with those two big things lol

  • Did you ever eat Cauliflower on P2? If so how did you body react? I know a few people who have eaten other veggies with no problem. DO you have any recipes you can share for P2? I would love to try them :) P.S. You look great!

  • NO cauliflower on P2. I'm trying to stay strictly Dr. S. I'll share more P2 recipes within the next few days.

  • Dr. Simeons does NOT use the TERMINOLOGY of PHASES.

That was created by the "Snake Oil Salesman" K Trudeau.

Dr. Simeons uses the term "COURSE" & never mentions "phases".

According to the Original Protocol, you do a Round,

"It takes about 3 weeks before the weight reached at the end of the treatment becomes stable, i.e. does not show violent fluctuations after an occasional excess."

Troubleshoot/Maintain for an additional 3 or more weeks b4 doing another round (unless you have reached GOAL

  • I will never read Trudeau's book, never had a desire, have LESS desire now. My husband remembers when he was involved in a national billiards tournament scam. He might even be titled a con man. So, I'm no fan either. But when I looked at my iPhone app, it doesn't use the terminology PHASES either. It calls them STAGES. Stage 1, 2, 3 & 4. But the consensus among the hcg youtubers seems to be to use the term P1, 2, 3, 4. Should we take a vote?

  • Looking wonderful sweetie!!!

  • Cauliflower is a great sub for potatoes! In fact mashed cauliflower with cream and butter is BETTER than mashed potatoes in my opinion.

  • Happy FAT TUESDAY so "LET THE GOOD TIME ROLL."

  • Love the recipes, hope you will continue to post more.

Glad you mentioned the Phase 4 as I was getting some remarks for using that term.

  • Glad to see you back vlogging and giving us some more recipes! You look great, and it's wonderful that you are stabilizing so well =)
