A lot of people don't like medal of honor because it's a hard game to play and win at. I've actually met a lot of soldiers on MOH because the gameplay is realistic in that game. You constantly need cover and if your going to run out from cover to cover your gonna have to throw a smoke grenade or your likely to die. There's none of this Cod based rambo nonsense in that game. You either play smart, or your going to die constantly. Why I love that game. Only the good players prosper in that game.

Medal of Honor is a fantastic game period. I find the Singleplayer to have a high replayability rate, as I still play it even though animations could be better and XBOX analog is tough. Multiplayer is fantastic when there arent too many bolt action rifles, and the explosions are beautiful! Great review man
the one thing, I hate about MP is that I cant choose the gun I want to use. Ex: I would just love to use the M4, or M16, and you can only use it if your on the rangers side. Thats BULL SHIT! Thats really about it, other then that great game.
hey guys just letting you know, the multiplayer runs on a completely different game engine, the single player runs on the shitty unreal 3 engine, while the multiplayer runs on the godly Frostbite engine, Battlefield bad company 2 runs on this engine and it looks awesome.

@NickerRaeff CoD fanboys hate this game. Only 2-3 gametypes have enough people to even play a game... and they're not even the good ones. Find out how much they are charging for a used copy at Gamestop and make sure you only buy it for less than that. You get a better deal and he gets more than what Gamestop would pay him in credit or cash. Honestly though at this point the only reason to have the game is for the singleplayer and more importantly the BF3 beta. VIP Pass is not worth buying.
@filopride619 yes....for headshots. if this is too realistic for you then stick to your rc cars in black ops. unfortunately low skill level snipers have the option of choosing "open tip" ammo and they can get 10 points just for hitting you anywhere, which goes against what sniping is all about. i wait til the guy stops moving and then i put one in his nose from across the map. if anyone doesn't like getting sniped then keep your goddamn head down. again if this is too realistic for some, playcod

@filopride619 never played bc2, but have friends that have told me about the bullet drop. there's no bullet drop in moh, but being patient and taking long range headshots give you serious points and because of the "scorechain" system, you get killer offensive actions. is gran turismo a realistic racer? i've been looking for a good racer but don't know which to get... wasn't too crazy about nfs. i'm glad to hear people still appreciate a more realistic exp., black ops was wayyyy to disappointing.
@luvkravmaga gran turismo is a realistic racer and gt5 is obviously the best among the gt series because of the great physcis, graphics and it has over 1000 cars. Drifting in gt5 is so satisfying if you master it and drifting with friends online is a big bonus. Also wasn't happy with black ops. They ruined the sniping mechanic. It doesn't feel neither arcadey nor realistic. Also the bc2 bullet drop is also satisfying especially if you kill someone over 200 metres away.
@filopride619 there's an old pc game called "delta force:land warrior" that had the bullet drop, and you could adjust the scope for extreme long range. i cannot wait for battlefield 3!!!!
I really didn't like the MoH campaign. But I got a good ps3 internet connection and I was so excited to play Medal of Honor and Killzone 3 online for the first time and... I couldn't. and it sucked!
@ThwardHD All of em. I've only played Bad Company 2, but this multiplayer seems to be exactly the same with a bit more balancing. I've played the Crysis 2 multiplayer beta and it controls and feels exactly like Modern Warfare 2, except that you can vault and do big jumps and parkour and stuff. It's weird, but still good. I haven't tried Homefront at all, but if I had to pick, I'd choose BF: BC 2, or MOH.
@JamesDWolff when i had this game, the multi player was really crap. sniper rifles were 1 hit kills almost anywhere and on alot of the maps snipers could see right into your spawn and it just made it almost completely unplayable. i had alot more fun with BC2's multiplayer. but with that said, i liked the single player

@jws21799 Content wise, Battlefield Bad Company 2 offers so much more than Medal of Honor. The array of the weapons and gameplay variations in MOH are also unmatched by Battlefield Bad Company 2, except that the graphics are not as good as MOH's. If both games are the exact same price, BFBC2 will likely be a better choice between the two. Sametime, you can consider playing BFBC2 as warm up for the upcoming Battlefield 3, the trailers I have seen all looks very sweet.
@regardsgiveway Yes, BFBC2 only has those gametypes you just mentioned and Squad Rush, well...no as good as I expected, if I could go on full 12 vs 12 on rush mode why bother with 4 vs 4? Also, by gameplay variations, I mean the amount of weapons and vechiles players can mess around with which gives more replay value in my opinion. I own both games and there is one thing I absolutely love about MOH is how those weapons feel and sound in that game. By the way, Keep up the good work!

@benjaminzigo The lack of prone is for the sake of game balance. The tactics required to play though are more realistic because you cant soak up 20 bullets and turn on someone like it's nothing. Nor do you get retarded ass overpowered and UNREALISTIC perks. CoD is so popular because it's noobcity... designed with the casual player in mind, let them feel good with their noobtube when they still end up going negative even though they lost. They don't care, they play for the experience. Not to win.

If you hold down the trigger like you can in CoD then most of your bullets will completely miss in MoH, which requires bursting your weapon. When you learn something about game design... maybe you can say something worth listening to. Blocked moron.

The only thing that annoys me about this game is the spawn trapping, but it is what it is and you get out of it eventually. @SuperSocomSeals and i uploaded the review 6 hours after the midnight release :P Unfortunately the last MoH video on machinima respawn is mine called "Rest in Peace Medal of Honor" lol I need a really good reason other than the BF3 beta to put that game back in... and that's coming from someone that thoroughly enjoys the game... it's the mass amount of horrible players that ruin this and many other games I can't stand. Just like CoD they ruin the spawn system completely. :(

@filopride619 yes....for headshots. if this is too realistic for you then stick to your rc cars in black ops. unfortunately low skill level snipers have the option of choosing "open tip" ammo and they can get 10 points just for hitting you anywhere, which goes against what sniping is all about. i wait til the guy stops moving and then i put one in his nose from across the map. if anyone doesn't like getting sniped then keep your goddamn head down. again if this is too realistic for some, playcod

@luvkravmaga lol no i dont play cod as much as bfbc2 cos im into more realistic games like gran turismo 5. And I'm a very good sniper in bc2 and i like the feature of the bullet drop. It's more satisfying than cod kills. So my question is that is MoH's sniping mechanic like bc2's like the bullet drop and it's not a one hit kill?

@filopride619 never played bc2, but have friends that have told me about the bullet drop. there's no bullet drop in moh, but being patient and taking long range headshots give you serious points and because of the "scorechain" system, you get killer offensive actions. is gran turismo a realistic racer? i've been looking for a good racer but don't know which to get... wasn't too crazy about nfs. i'm glad to hear people still appreciate a more realistic exp., black ops was wayyyy to disappointing.

@luvkravmaga gran turismo is a realistic racer and gt5 is obviously the best among the gt series because of the great physcis, graphics and it has over 1000 cars. Drifting in gt5 is so satisfying if you master it and drifting with friends online is a big bonus. Also wasn't happy with black ops. They ruined the sniping mechanic. It doesn't feel neither arcadey nor realistic. Also the bc2 bullet drop is also satisfying especially if you kill someone over 200 metres away.

@ThwardHD All of em. I've only played Bad Company 2, but this multiplayer seems to be exactly the same with a bit more balancing. I've played the Crysis 2 multiplayer beta and it controls and feels exactly like Modern Warfare 2, except that you can vault and do big jumps and parkour and stuff. It's weird, but still good. I haven't tried Homefront at all, but if I had to pick, I'd choose BF: BC 2, or MOH.

@JamesDWolff when i had this game, the multi player was really crap. sniper rifles were 1 hit kills almost anywhere and on alot of the maps snipers could see right into your spawn and it just made it almost completely unplayable. i had alot more fun with BC2's multiplayer. but with that said, i liked the single player

@jws21799 Content wise, Battlefield Bad Company 2 offers so much more than Medal of Honor. The array of the weapons and gameplay variations in MOH are also unmatched by Battlefield Bad Company 2, except that the graphics are not as good as MOH's. If both games are the exact same price, BFBC2 will likely be a better choice between the two. Sametime, you can consider playing BFBC2 as warm up for the upcoming Battlefield 3, the trailers I have seen all looks very sweet.

@regardsgiveway Yes, BFBC2 only has those gametypes you just mentioned and Squad Rush, well...no as good as I expected, if I could go on full 12 vs 12 on rush mode why bother with 4 vs 4? Also, by gameplay variations, I mean the amount of weapons and vechiles players can mess around with which gives more replay value in my opinion. I own both games and there is one thing I absolutely love about MOH is how those weapons feel and sound in that game. By the way, Keep up the good work!

@benjaminzigo The lack of prone is for the sake of game balance. The tactics required to play though are more realistic because you cant soak up 20 bullets and turn on someone like it's nothing. Nor do you get retarded ass overpowered and UNREALISTIC perks. CoD is so popular because it's noobcity... designed with the casual player in mind, let them feel good with their noobtube when they still end up going negative even though they lost. They don't care, they play for the experience. Not to win.

You're nothing special. I don't even play this game anymore. This review came out 6 hours after the game was released... even though I think the game is good, I'm not a fan of playing on a team full of randoms (that usually suck) and most of my friends don't play it either. Keeping it for the BF3 beta.

@benjaminzigo It doesn't take 10+ bullets for a kill in MoH. If you hold down the trigger like you can in CoD then most of your bullets will completely miss in MoH, which requires bursting your weapon. The fact that you don't even know that shows how ignorant you are for trying to talk about something you have no idea about. And perks are NOT realistic. When you learn something about game design... maybe you can say something worth listening to. Blocked moron.

The only thing that annoys me about this game is the spawn trapping, but it is what it is and you get out of it eventually. It's weird, I'm starting to like this game more than call of duty, I feel like a rebel haha. To me, it's the PERFECT balance between battlefield and cod. and that ben guy is an idiot. Anyone that says ANY videogame is realistic is stupid.

@SuperSocomSeals and i uploaded the review 6 hours after the midnight release :P Unfortunately the last MoH video on machinima respawn is mine called "Rest in Peace Medal of Honor" lol I need a really good reason other than the BF3 beta to put that game back in... and that's coming from someone that thoroughly enjoys the game... it's the mass amount of horrible players that ruin this and many other games I can't stand. Just like CoD they ruin the spawn system completely. :(
