El problema de estos dos boxeadores en posibles peleas contra Juanma es que: 1- Juanma puede ser defensivo y tecnico si prefiere 2- Juanma pega muy fuerte y tanto Marquez como Vazquez reciben muchos golpes, tienen pobre defensiva. Para ganarle a Juanma tienen que moverse, ser rapido, evitar los golpes, aguantar castigo y tratar de sorprenderlo. No veo como Marquez o Vazquez puedan hacer eso. Ademas estan ambos muy castigados por estas tres peleas.

Marquez was eating it up all day, he squaring up too much too trade off bc he smelled the blood and his killer instinct took over thinking he could take Vasquez' power. This is an exceptional fight. Two brave warriors...just really wicked two-handed action by both fighters. Vasquez' punches seemed have a little more effect. Rafa was hurt with every consequential shot. It was only his great condition and lion's heart that he didn't go down earlier. Mexico can be proud of these two.
I've seen this second fight many times, but this is the first time I've noticed how beautifully Vazquez sets up the left hook that drops Marquez with a left hook to the body (4:52). I don't think Vazquez lands that hook to such devastating effect if he doesn't make Marquez drop his right hand with that body shot. Great fight.

Tremendos boxeadores con estilos que encajan. El problema de estos dos boxeadores en posibles peleas contra Juanma es que: 1- Juanma puede ser defensivo y tecnico si prefiere 2- Juanma pega muy fuerte y tanto Marquez como Vazquez reciben muchos golpes, tienen pobre defensiva. Para ganarle a Juanma tienen que moverse, ser rapido, evitar los golpes, aguantar castigo y tratar de sorprenderlo. No veo como Marquez o Vazquez puedan hacer eso. Ademas estan ambos muy castigados por estas tres peleas.

Juanma, como todo boxeador inteligente se ajusta al oponente. Si un oponente pega mucho entonces se rriesga menos. Si no pega, entonces toma golpes para poder meter las manos. Lontchi no pega y por eso Juanma no se preocupa de recibir algun bobo castigo. Contra PDleon estaba mas defensivo. Vazquez & Marquez ya van hacia abajo fisicamente y Lopez viene subiendo. Ambos mexicanos estan muy golpeados. En el boxeo cuenta la abilidad y la experiencia pero tambien la salud. Nocauts para Vazq/Marqez

Oh yes he wants!! Can he beat them? There's a good possibility. Why? Vasquez has a detach retina and will never be the same. Marquez has been suffering from headaches from those fights. JuanMa is also the biggest out of them. I believe he doesn't fit at 122 but around 126,130, 135. Lopez can throw a lot of punches, over 900 in 9 rounds against Penalosa and breaking records at 122.

that murderous left hook was landing all day for Vasquez, I saw him use his jab more in this one with the straight right to set it up. Marquez was eating it up all day, he squaring up too much too trade off bc he smelled the blood and his killer instinct took over thinking he could take Vasquez' power. I thought Marquez could've won this one as well, but that's why Vasquez is up there in the P4P list bc a real champ knows how to go for the kill. enjoy the gift these guys gave us, don't bash it..

This is an exceptional fight. Two brave warriors...just really wicked two-handed action by both fighters. Vasquez' punches seemed have a little more effect. Rafa was hurt with every consequential shot. It was only his great condition and lion's heart that he didn't go down earlier. Mexico can be proud of these two.

I've seen this second fight many times, but this is the first time I've noticed how beautifully Vazquez sets up the left hook that drops Marquez with a left hook to the body (4:52). I don't think Vazquez lands that hook to such devastating effect if he doesn't make Marquez drop his right hand with that body shot. Great fight.

Manny is cleaning up the higher weight classes and Israel will be following on the climb, finishing off the losers. Israel has some things to learn still though. His technique is fine for the lower weight classes, but once he starts moving up he's gonna have to learn to box smart.
