I think Izumi's mistakes just make her wanna try harder to prove her mom wrong! She is having trouble fielding but she is frowning with determination to keep going. I like that. It's only when she turns her anger against her teammates that she is annoying! I kept waiting thinking she and Sarah would eventually get into a slug fest since they both seem to have similar arrogant attitudes but that never happened. Still it was cool seeing each girl adjust to new situations.
