What I love about this recipe is that it is quick and easy. I messed up on the coconut bit (was using fresh coconut and didn't know how) but it still turned out great. Will definitely make this again. V tasty. Thanks.

Nyonya curry tastes wonderful with bread! And try coconut cream for people who like thicker curries. :) That's why I do, but I don't know if that's nyonya-ish, (>_<)

Do you need to salt & pepper the chicken?

@LanaVienna could do, I put salt in at the end so don't double up.  if you season chicken first you wont need to add any more at end! Hope that helps x
