Simple, understated performance of a beautiful song. Robbie Williams does this kind of thing as good as the best. He has the look, the voice and the attitude to carry off the laid back feel of this era. The dancer in this vid is incredible too. Gave me shivers when he reached the bottom of the steps and Robbie sang 'this is Mr Bojangles'. Good to see him back with Take That, but personally speaking, I think this is the direction in which he should be heading.

He is very gifted, and uses his voice so subtile, that it always is right on the spot.

He plays with the melodies, but never does it obvious like all those ad-lib shit going on.

He is a underestimated genius. (that is also the reason for his mental problems, next to drug abuse) I would like to see more big band stuff from him.
