Actually in the Beta you did cast a shadow, people were just too stupid (at the time) to relieze it was Snake. As simple as that, they were like "WTF is that" when we now know it's snake.

TBone, if you dont equip facecamo, it will only lower your camo index, but if someone spot you with an ENVG, youre done for =)

OverLord, the best way to win SNE, is the MK.2 get 3 dogtags together, and you get all the 3 at the same time, this way you dont have the risk to "OMG! i got 2 dogtags, if i die i lose them all!"

lol on MGO you get 99% camo when in MG4 you have to beat the first boss to unlock the camo mask that gives you 80% min of camo and 99% when in grass or in the dark.

it's true, and didn't you c the camo index (90%) it would've been like he had the facecamo on in the real game. I think the only reason that there is face camo is bcause of the night vision goggles. you'd only c his hair.

You're pretty good at being Snkae but a couple of things were you shouldn't always use ENVG since you can't see the shadows and secondly don't tranq someone for the sake of tranqing if you know you'll never get over to them in time or if they're in the middle of a fire fight you've little chance of getting their dog tag ;).

You were right about MKII though, most helpful I've seen anyway.

I used the ENVG all the time because people were as daft as brushes and never bothered to check the ground so it was quite safe during this beta testing.

Wow...reminds me of how I usually play as Snake. Some things I'd like to point out. Think of this as constructive criticism.

1) Only use NVG when necessary. Unless you know where the shadows are, use that gadget as little as possible.

2) 6:15 - Use CQC instead of shooting him.

3) Otacon should get the ENVG lying around in the level first. It greatly helps Snake; even if other players can't see him with ENVG but they can see his footsteps.

Pretty much everything else is good.

By the way, you don't necessarily have to shoot them in the head with the Mosin Nagant. I think that a body shot also makes an instant KO.

Yeah the fact is snake is almost invisible and has mastery in most skills. Also you only have to get dogtags from 3 people. what you want to do is wait in an aera where not alot of people will pass and hold them up or something.

I don't care how much you don't believe it, but it works. You are at 99% camo. That means they can't see you unless they walk ontop of you. I once won a match in about 1 minute doing that :D
