Gregory & the Hawk, The Avett Brothers, Mumford & Sons, Meg & Dia, Laura Marling are all some of my favorite bands. But Heartless is one of my favorite songs. I think it's one of the best written songs in a long time, and I also believe that Kanye West is amazingly talented. Don't be so quick to judge people. We all have opinions.
up till about :19 he wasnt using any autotune...i didnt think it was that bad. He just isnt the most amazing singer, but i stil think hes good, for someone who became famous as rapper. He just sometimes sings out of key and cant hit high notes. The auto tune just gies you perfect tone or something

Kanye's Bitter Sweet on def poetry is dope. It shows that he's not a bad singer, but he's not amazing, so stop hating. Oh and I don't necessarily mean this song is sexist (which is why I put "this music" generalizing as in all music similar to this song) but a lot of it is sexist. Also I think its ridiculous that some songs mention that they have "50 bathrooms" or something stupid like that. Like I give a shit about how much money they have off of using a voice editing software and writing mediocre lyrics. :3

I hate this kind of music for lots of valid reasons :3 those are: The excessive use of auto-tune (A.K.A. the boycott to talent). l would like to see every popular rap/R & B/hiphop/pop artist that uses auto tune make a completely autotuneless album and we'll see the ones that actually do have talent. I also don't consider them musicians because they never actually play an instrument. I also hate this music because of its blatant sexism towards women and utterly egotistical lyrics.

Kanye's Bitter Sweet on def poetry is dope. It shows that he's not a bad singer, but he's not amazing, so stop hating. I don't really like auto tune, but at least his lyrics had some substance on this song. It isn't an auto tune song like T-Pain's reverse cowgirl. About the autotune, I really feel that it's more of an instrument than an actual aid. I feel he used it in his songs to get a more electronic sound he wanted, not because he couldn't sing.
