i have big bang x power and i have i7 960 like you. Also gtx 580. but additionally i have a good cooler unlike you. v10 cooler master. so what are your settings..

Are you using the sound card that came with it? Your 480's are on the first and third slots?
i have two 5970 and CAN'T GET CROSSFIRE TO WORK AT ALL.
