To have a claymore and a tactical insertion you need:

-1 class with a sniper and an claymore

-1 one man army class with a tactical insertion.

you put down the tactical insertion from the OMA class, then switch to the claymore class, then pick up the tactical insertion.

and there you have both a claymore and a tactical insertion!
