The laugh track is missing. Why wouldn't they use the laugh track when trying to add to the Gilligan collection. It adds an awkward quite to all of the conversations and actions and leads the viewer to question whether or not what they saw or heard was funny. Also I don't think it CAN even be ok without Ginger.  If it was her that made the decision to not do this movie, I think she's made a terrible selfish mistake. This was history in the making.

Judith Baldwin did an OK job. Too bad they couldn't have worked harder to make it a first-class script...AND gotten Tina. AND included a laugh-track...I mean, ALL the actors were still alive and well and looking good...They could have given us a return to that magical place...Instead we got a low-budget version. If Tina Louise was going to be annoying and not join in, what could they do?

From Boris Karloff's THRILLER episode: The Hungry Glass to The Invasion of Crab Monsters and to Gilligan's Island ( And, oh yes, the Twilight Zone he appeared in as a scientist with a time machine ), his was a superb performance.
