To break out of the chair on wii look down then shake the wii remote and nunchuck but I don't know any of the passwords. I did try the 3ark unlock one and it said cheat enabled but nothing happened.

Dead ops arcade is available in the zombie menu, at least for me on the xbox 360. I've played it with three other people at once before, so there's your answer.

kinda late answer but you can play doa with two players. You need to go to zombies then go to select map then dead ops arcade and you can play but you need to have people in you'r people otherwise you have to play solo
