If he hadn't drifted it so high I think he would have been able to save it. Looks like he corrected it to the right, then over corrected it back to the left to steady it.
@nascarjohnsonfan48 - Well it was a drift for the first 10 seconds....ok he ended up on the infield but give a little credit he "drifted" before he spun it......
no,because none of you fat stupid kids understand that DRIFTING IS when the DRIVER DECIDES TO SLIDE/OVERSTEER. DRIFTING IS WHEN ITS MENT TO DRIVE SIDEWAYS. DRIFTING IS when the driver by meaning, with the throttle and steering drives sideways..... Nothing else! Not on snow,no burnout, not powerslide, not spin
I really thought Joey had that thing saved up 'til he got around. Now AJ Allmendinger at Dover? Now THAT'S a save!

McMurray at Las Vegas was the mother of all drifts, it was like this but no spin.

@osubuckeyes14 Even better because McMurray was in traffic. Awesome skill.

@nascarjohnsonfan48 - But when they slide and save it, it's fun to call it a "drift". No need for attitude. *shrugs*
