it depends on what kind of riding youre gunna do. i would say a 400ex if you are determined to learn how to become a good rider. the only hard part will be learning to work a clutch unless you already know how to do that

well man if ur gettin ur first quad u shouldnt get somethen to powerful for your skills but hell if ur as big as you say you are, the bike i would recomend 4u iz a honda 400ex, they are about one of the funnest bikes to mess around on especially if ur a beginner, but trust me the 400ex has got more then enough power to get u around, i just wouldnt recomend a 450 because they are for all out serious racers or rilly agressive trail riders, look into the 400 i said, it might be the bike u lookin4
