  • lancers always getting screwed over by the world, just like us nice guys

  • Cu Challain's great and all but Diarmuid's a real hero and a knight for that matter, though i'm not spear type of guy but he's the best lancer i've ever seen so far and honorable too... It's not his fault that women fall for him even though they're married or engaged... He's just too dangerously sexy...

  • @jazethpogi22 DAT MOLE, MAN!!!

  • It's really all the more sad because, as a prequel, you know everyone is fated to fail. Kariya won't save Sakura, Alexander won't convince Saber that her dreams are foolish, Kiritsugu won't save the world or even his daughter, and Shirou will inherit the naive dreams that cost his father everything. Oh, and Gil won't marry Saber(!). Tragedies abound.

  • Being Lancer is Suffering. No shit.

  • Let my road as Lancer lead to the Glory that is the Holy Grail, my wish shall be that of Salvation for my former Lancers!

With that said: My Lance shall Pierce the Dark Clouds!

  • Can anyone tell me the name of the song they all ways played when they showed Lancer's past on the anime.

  • This is my new essay-writing music and Lancer is my new favourite Servant.

  • The Lancer class is officially my favorite

I shall win this war, not for my own wish

but for all those who are deemed as Lancer,

those who are tossed around by fate's cruelty in order to show their worth only to be silenced

  • The story of a man with E-Rank Luck :3

  • @BloodSportA2 Hahaha.

If you are a lancer, you are destined to have bad luck...

For 6th grail war (if there ever is one or any of the past), they could have Cu Chulain and Diarmuid fused together and have EX or A+ on every skill they have but....

? Lancer: Great! My skills are at it's peak! What does my luck say master?

    ? Master: It's in the negatives...O.o

    ? Lancer: FFFUUUUUUUUUUU

Yeah. If you are a Lancer, you'll never win the war.

(despite Cu being my fave in the series) T_T

  • Being Lancer is suffering.

  • @Okin17 you killed lancer! you bastards!

  • "Feel freedom, feel joy, feel love and life. Fly and feel the freedom in your fingertips; one that I cannot attain, one that I can never experience. For my wings were long broken, my joy long lost together with my love. Life was the only thing I had, and that too was stolen, pilfered by someone whom I granted my trust. And now I am once again given being, only to suffer the same things once more.

So with my dying breath, I hold onto these two roses, upholding a knight's honor in my passing."

  • This... This song... It makes me want to whip up my pen and write something....

Listening to this... It makes me feel so sad... So.. So empty, especially at the first few seconds...

That piano cover... AUGH.. So beautiful...

  • I like how someone from Antarctica was watching this video.

  • L is for Loyalty.

  • Lancer is a bro.

  • WAGA ARU G

  • I LOVE LANCER!!!!!!!

  • LANCER/ZERO RULEZ

  • @Zekeriel Well, Heroic Spirit EMIYA, or shirou even wouldn't have come about in the first place if he hadn't been saved from the fire and "inherited" Kiritsugu's broken ideals.

I realize all the heroic spirits never got a wish but, Kirei was able to grant his wish.

All I was trying to say is Lancer's curse did sort of work because Kirei ended up burning down half of Fuyuki city. But it wasn't like no one was in possession of the Grail. Kirei did manage to make a wish through the Grail.

  • @L33tbro Lets put EMIYA aside, for i agree that he will not exist if not for Kiritsugu.

But not all heroic spirits does not have a wish. Iskandar wants to have a form again, to conquer the world. All Hassan-i-sabbah(s) wanted their name to be remembered for eternity. Diarmuid just wanted to serve his lord wholeheartly once again.(w/o getting betrayed)

Saber wanted to save her country.

As for archer, he does not care for the grail. Lancelot & Caster does not have a particular reason to fight.

  • @Zekeriel

Caster wanted revenge against Jeanne D'Arc

Lancelot's wish was to be punished by the King Arthur because the sole reason he could not forgive himself was because he didn't receive any punishment, thus he felt that he could never atone for his sins and descended into madness.

  • @MsPandoR Lancelot is already Berserk. His wish is no longer to be punished by Arthur. His guilt and despair and already turned to pure hatred. That is why i said he has no particular reason to fight for the Grail.

And does Caster wanted revenge against Jeanne D'Arc? He once fought along side with her as her right hand man. I think he just wanted to love Jeanne more than to exact revenge on her.

However, what he was doing in this 4th Grail War is totally irrelevant to the HGW.

  • @Zekeriel

I wouldn't say Lancelot was in the same complete madness than F/SN Heracles since Lancelot was still able to use his NPs whereas his F/SN counterpart couldn't. So he prolly retained a tiny bit of his sanity, be it because of his Mad Enhancement rank or due to Zouken's abnormal summoning ... Thus he wanted to fight Saber at all costs. He did not have a reason to be summoned but after that he had a reason to fight, the reason being, Saber's presence.

  • @MsPandoR What i meant was that, he has no PARTICULAR REASON TO FIGHT for the grail. HIs wish cannot be granted by it.

Nothing was mentioned about his Mad Enhancement rank. And i would not say Zouken summoned him abnormally. Lancelot could still use his NP because his state of mind still allows him to use it. Madness is not stopping him. He is still an expert combatant even when he is berserk. Heracles could not use 9-Lives as he does not have the motor skills to utilise it.

  • @Zekeriel In fact, Lancelot have a Rank C of Mad Enhancement, but, he counter that efect whit one of his skills, "Hands of eternal Mastership" that make him full capable of using all of his skills in combat, the only thing that he couldnt do was use all the power of Arondight.

  • @Zekeriel

And as for Caster, it depends on how you want to interpret it I guess, his actions could be due to his love towards her or the fact that he turned so much into obsession that he sought revenge after all this time. At least that's how I see it. But he did have a reason to fight too, strangely it was also, Saber. Mistook her for Jeanne d'Arc.

  • @MsPandoR Even if he really had a reason. It will not matter as his mind is already twisted. He has a servant attribute named "Mental Pollution".

Yeah. All he was doing was senseless killing during the 4th Grail War, thinking that his wish was already granted. I would consider him as a lunatic already.

  • @L33tbro Yeah, Lancer's curse did really work. The scorn of a fallen warrior is that scary.

  • @Zekeriel well, that's not necessarily true, first off the Grail was tainted sometime in the 3rd Grail War. Second, Kirei said he used the Grail's power to burn a section of Fuyuki City down to the ground.

Well, I agree that calamity did indeed ensure after Fuyuki City at the end of the 4th Grail War. Funny how the 4th Grail war ended up creating Heroic Spirit Emiya though.

  • @L33tbro Well, all the heroic spirits that have participated in all five HGW are all being scammed. Do you know that there was no winner for the 1,2,3,4th war?

It is ok to say that shirou is the winner for the 5th War, but it is not exactly correct since the Grail was destroyed in all endings of F/SN

As for Heroic Spirit EMIYA, he was just an embodiment of regrets after knowing that his sole ideal was broken and wrong to begin with.

  • It seems the lancer class has got master issues. They always get killed for doing the honorable thing by their masters. Diamuid is partialy an exception I guess.. but he still died by his master.

  • Tis sad. All Lancers get screwed over immensely.

  • lancers anger is misplaced. Some may show sympathy to him but he was just another victim of the grail

  • @rottyr12375458412453 His anger was never misplaced. He cursed his opponents, his own master, and the Grail at large for his fate.

Yeah. And you are right, all heroic spirits participating in the 4th and 5th Grail War are fighting for nothing.

  • I kinda feel sorry for the guy...

  • 何故この燃え曲をアニメ4話で使わなかったのか……

  • @yuuyak0000 死ぬ時で使えばいいと思う

    そう願っているけど

  • @HotPocketEXE

    ドラマCDだと初戦だったんですよね~

    死ぬ時の戦闘は短いから残念ながら無さそうですよね……

  • @yuuyak0000 それは確かに・・・

    残念やな、いい曲なのに、いつも聞いてると盛り上がります

  • COOL OST

    es uno de mis favoritos

  • The ones who disliked this video would be Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald, who still hates Lancer for attracting his girl and Sola-Ui Nuada-Re Sophia-Ri whose feelings were never reciprocated.

  • Goddamn it. Heroic Spirit Diamuid Ua Duidhne deserved more than this. Robbed of his duel with Saber, having unwanted attention from his master's woman, and dying due to the same reasons again. Oh, the irony.

But his curse before his death sure worked. None had the Grail. And no one's wish is ever granted. Only Calamity was bestowed to Fuyuki City at the end of this bloody Grail War.

  • @Zekeriel

My favorite Irish heroes never win in any Type-Moon Fate story. Cuchulainn also bit the dust - and is now the whipping boy in the parody crossover - and poor Diarmuid just had to suffer the same fate because of that damn lovespot. It's enough to make me want Fionn mac Cuill come in next, but he's the guy that was responsible for Diarmuid biting the dust in the first place.

  • @RinoaDestiny I agree with you, but you cannot blame Fionn for letting his jealousy get the better of him. But the way Diarmuid dealt with tht ladies is also wrong. In F/Zero, i thought that he would do something to prevent that same fate from happening to him again. No matter how much or little he can do.

I know there is not much Diarmuid can do about his spot. But at least try to make things clear with his lord's woman AND his lord.

  • @Zekeriel

That seems to be a major flaw with Diarmuid. But to me, it seems as if Sola-Ui bound him into a similar situation as Grainne did (her Grail speech acting like a geis) and considering how Diarmuid couldn't break a geis (be cursed if you do), he probably reacted the same way here. The pattern is extremely similar but he just doesn't know how to see the forest - just the trees.

  • @Zekeriel It doesn't really matter when he has a magic love spot. Lord's girl is still gonna fall for him (and he can't stop her), lord is still gonna be jealous (and he can't stop him). Nobody apart from himself (and the viewer) really cares about his true intentions.

That's exactly why, IMO, he is the most tragic character of all; barring stabbing himself with some sort of anti-enchantment weapon, the way of life he always sought would always remain impossible for him to achieve.

  • @Nuvenim No. According to the mythology, IT WAS BECAUSE of the "Love spot" that Grainne fell in love with Diarmuid. I can tell you about the origin of the spot if you want to, but it is not to be discussed here.

Secondly, there are more tragic characters in Fate/Zero. Take Kariya for an example. Kiritsugu is also pathetic enough. But lets not go there due as i would spoil those who did not read the novel yet. :3

  • @Zekeriel Yeah, precisely. It doesn't matter whether he tells anyone about his true intentions or not, since he has the magic love spot. It fucks him over either way.

I don't see what you're finding issue with in my response.

  • @Zekeriel At least Kariya could have done something differently, maybe break into the Matou household and steal Sakura. Or talk to goddamn Tokiomi and tell him what his daughter was going through. He has the option to make things turn out differently.

Kiritsugu was holding on to an impossible ideal in the first place, it was little wonder that he turned out the way he did. It's not tragedy, it's stupidity.

  • @Nuvenim It is tragic for Kiritsugu as he failed. Please note that he himself had also gone through much pain and suffering, that is why he wanted world peace.

As for Kariya, he had nothing much to do. Talking to Tokiomi would not help. Tokiomi knew about the Matou Magecraft, he KNEW. Stealing Sakura would not be feasible as he is much inferior in terms of magecraft compared to Matou Zouken. But with his servant... That would be a different story. Well...

    These people are sure pitiful.

  • @Nuvenim yep, thats why saber is the only one who understands him, because she is the only woman who is unaffected by his love spot. thats why he likes her so much; the irony again huh?

  • @xerxBreak I thought he liked her because of common interests (lolchivalry).

  • @xerxBreak I do not think that Diarmuid has romantic feelings for Saber. He merely respected her as the King Of Knights. Famous for her skilled swordplay and strength. He merely wanted a fair bout with her.

But he did not get what he wanted but he got what he dreaded. Thus he cursed everything as he decended into the abyss of death.

  • @Zekeriel oh i didnt mean it in the romantic sense either. i just meant to say that diarmud likes her as a friend and rival a lot because she is unaffected by his love spot, thus is the only woman who can ever be real friends with him; actauuly, sicne all other women will love him and most other men will be jealous no matter what he does, saber is the only oen who can be a real FRIEND for diarmud. thats what i meant. but even that relationship was flawed from the beginning cuz they had to kill

  • @xerxBreak each other.

  • @xerxBreak Precisely, this is a story filled with bloodshed. Which made this more tragical and heartwrenching than Fate/Stay Night. Fate/Stay Night is also good. But I think it lacks many elements that F/Z has. You can empathize with Kiritsugu in F/Z, but i always found Shirou to be a nuisance who always goes around upholding his borrowed ideals even though he has no power to uphold it.

  • @Zekeriel true, F/Z is mroe mature an dmroe dark than F/SN, though as for shirou, he DOES get the power to uphold them in UBW, and he flat out rejects the borrowed ideals and resolves to live for his own cause and reason in heavens feel. its kidn of interestign how he progresses from a broken and powerless person in Fate, to a broken but powerful human in UBW, to a powerful actual proper Person in HF.

  • @xerxBreak hm if you think abotu it, F/SN has a similar number of deaths as F/Z.. well, nto counting the assassin-army, cuz tahts kinda cheating the deathcount.

  • @xerxBreak FSN does not have the readers to actually empathize with the characters very much. FSN is told in Shirou's POV, so there is not much emotion in the death of the characters.

Besides, in UBW, he borrowed magical power from Rin, so that power is not really his unless he receives more training. So up till then, he is powerless to uphold his ideals.

In HF, he had the GARm. Without its powers, he is still a nobody. But i agree that he turned into a proper guy at least.

  • @Zekeriel well yeah, thats normal for a VN after all...

now that you mention it, for a guy taht cares abotu others more than himself, shirou is quite coldhearted towards their deaths. except for ilya.

anyways i was talking about his growign fightingpower in UBW before that; of course, gettign energy from rin and the GARm are cheating, but in a world where magic skills require lineage, years of training and talent, its a given that shirou needs soem kind of cheating to be useful...

  • I hope this song is in the anime

  • @chuyaka The OST is made by a different person this time, so the best we can hope for is the remix.

  • Good shit music.

  • “Unforgivable… I’ll never forgive you! You dead men who are slaved by fame, and desecrated the glory of knights… let my blood stain that dream! I curse the Holy Grail! I curse that your wishes will become disasters! When you fall into the frying pan of hell, do not forget my, Diarmuid’s, anger!”

  • @Exorcistkanda The irony.

  • Dirty pool, Kiritsugu Emiya.

  • I feel the rising urge to yell EMIYAAAAAAAAAAA KIRITSUGUUUUUUUUUUUUU when listening to this song

  • Comment removed

  • is fate/zero released?

  • @Whit3Lighter Nope, it's slated to begin in october unfortunatly, sucks to be us who want to see it so badly huh?

  • Why is Diarmuid so dreamy ;_;

  • @fruant His curse makes him BEAUTIFUL!

  • Honestly I think that Alexander would have won the 3rd grail war.. If only his Gordius Wheel wouldn't have been destroyed (Won't tell you by whom.)... His noble phantasms were all perfect.. Reality Marble with a sick effect (Like over 1000 of servants at his disposal.) and Gordius Wheel + Hammer of Zeus, which make him as strong as any melee class.. Without Gordius Wheel he sadly turned into a sitting duck..

Damn I honestly would have followed him on his campaign... >.<

  • @geenius3ab It was the fourth. Ea would still plow through GARdius Wheel, though, so I don't think it would have made much of a difference.

  • @deadeye415 I actually think he would have gotten away from the EA.. Dodging and attacking gilga from the back before he can say ''holy''.. Well that's just how much power aleksander had in my opinion..

  • @geenius3ab If I remember correctly, Alexander wasn't that fast even with GARdius wheel. Sure, Ea has a charge time, but Gate of Babylon can cover that while he charges. Also, isn't Alexander the son of Zeus? An Enkidu can chain him up if he has some divinity and kill him. It would still go the same way as it did.

  • @deadeye415 Alexander wasn't the son of Zeus, his bulls who led his chairot were called that.. And in actuallity, the bulls were just a tribute to Zeus, so they also weren't divine... So Enkidu was useless.

You seem to forget Alexanders ulti.. A HUGE army of SERVANTS.. Meaning all of them can ATLEAST block 1-2 of his treasures.

As i remember it Alexanders Gardius wheel could go with speeds up to 300-400 km/h.. Which is far enough to stop him from casting EA + his army.. He could have won..

  • @geenius3ab He was, actually. He had a divinity ranking of a C, meaning Enkidu could chain him. But enough of this, I don't want this video to become another lame discussion like the others

  • Fate/Zero Anime has been confirmed last year, and it shall be made by Ufotable, the studio which animated the Kara no Kyoukai movies.

Let us rejoice, for our wish has finally been granted!!!

  • Jeez, just finished Fate/Stay Night...gonna have to find this somewhere.

  • Oh god, Diarmuid, at first I thought you were a fag, boy how I was wrong.

  • this is my favorite track out of the whole cd ! i only wish fate/ zero became an anime

  • @Naomilangley Rejoice. ufotable is in the works for a Fate/Zero adaptation.

  • @Eriolkun12 HELL. YES.

  • @Eriolkun12 HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLL YEAAAAHH!!!!!!@#%$#)@*%)#@%

if they gonna remix lancer theme and berserker theme i will came.

  • The person who disliked this is Lord Archibald El-Melloi, who still remains jealous of the most honoured Knight of the Fianna.

  • i got the fate/zero novel translated in english in pdf form

  • @raejuk omg can u upload it on mediafire or something? :D

  • Damn I want the piano score for this, anyone got?

  • People will say that an anime adaptation isn't necessary, but you can't lie to yourselves that you wouldn't shit a brick if the fight scenes alone were animated correctly. The fights going on against casters Kraken would just be phenomenal. Either way something new should be done with fate/zero, it feels so wrong for it to just end with the novels..even if it was a prequel. I was glad though that they put Zero lancer in Unlimited codes, but on that note making a new fighting game would be great

  • I doubt that an anime is good enough to represent the excellent writing style in the Fate/Zero Novel, though it will no doubt be epic (Berserker weilding a Chaingun FTW)

  • @LUMPYSKULL lol. or the jet

  • Gil is like an immature idiot compared to the rest of the servants. If he would only treat things more seriously, Shirou, in his own words a 'sham', would never have been close to defeating him.

  • @DarthFanta If Gil never had Gates of Babylon anyways. Otherwise he really is helpless.

  • @DarthFanta well hes an idiot before hes death and after so he would lose to shirou no matter what since thats him.

  • zero lancer anybody know the story about zero lancer and who hes master YA-HA!

  • I really love Imbalot in Fate/Zero (lancelot/Berserk)

  • This had nothing to do whit fate but, if you see Lancer well, he looks a lot like Aizen of bleach...

  • Poor Diarmiud. That idiot Kayneth got him killed.

  • The lancers always died to proudly...

  • except heavens feel, that was just sad(pathetic)

  • where can u find/read fate/zero?

  • Search "baka-tsuki"

It's a translation group that does a whole bunch of (light) novels.

You might find some other interesting ones there as well.

  • alright thank you very much :D

  • "If i a were to die, I would at least like to go down like man, wouldn't you agree?"

so tragic, and yet so beautiful T_T

  • how about i take down the one who cuased me to go down with me to hell, i would rather go down in flaming blaze of glory

  • I know what your saying and it's cool, but reading It made me think of Gil when he tried that on the UBW route in fate.......... some people just can't do it I guess :P

  • Gil wasn't trying to go out in a blaze of glory, he was trying to pull himself back out of the void. No cool points for him.

  • Gil gets cool points for simply being Gil.

  • My favorite tracks from this Album;

    1. The Lancer

    2. Yakusoku Sareta Shouri no Ken ZIZZ Ver.

    3. The Dogfight

Absolutely beautiful soundtrack, demonstrates the tragic emotion of this prequel very well.

  • Man.. why they can't translate both Hollow Ataraxia and Zero to english... I really want to read the novels... T_T

  • It IS out. Baka-tsuki(dot)net.

  • Comment removed

  • they have 3 or 4 done on bakatsuki, you know. And a team(forgot who, not mirror moon) has started a translation for hollow ataraxia.

  • Best track in the entire soundtrack.

  • Whoa, I've gotta get this soundtrack...

  • Not a fan of most of the soundtrack, but this is such an awesome song. When you put that image and it together it all just seems so desperate, like the flame of a man about to go out.

  • Poor lancer....he destroyed 1 of his lance so saber can kill caster but is forced to kill himself...d lancer in UBW aso same...

  • yep piercing yourself in the heart and then killing the guy who ordered you to do that and then punching the guy who we all wanted dead

  • lancer in zero is very very skilled... his master does not know how to fully utilise him...

  • Zero lancerxSakura now makes sense to me..I saw a fanart and fanfic with that pairing

  • realy? were? u get my Curiosity xD

  • Woops, missed a part of that last post.

"The shocked Servant realizes that he has been fatally betrayed by his current Master, just as his former master Fionn caused his death during his first lifetime. Enraged, Lancer dies cursing the Holy Grail, Saber, Kiritsugu, and the world at large for his fate. "

  • HUH? In the war Kiritsugu was a jerk and made Lancer´s master hostage and ordered him to kill L ancer using a command seal...in the mythology he and his king were hunting when he took a fatal hit for the King..said King was a jealous bastard and didn´t give him the healing water and he died from the wounds cursing friendship...

  • "Years later, Diarmuid is mortally injured when a giant boar gores him on the heath of Benn Ghulbain. Because Fionn, who invited him on the hunt, did not let Diarmuid drink the water from his hands, which had the power to heal, Diarmuid dies. "

The point is, ZLancer gets screwed over twice when he didn't have to die either time.

  • The point is both time that he died, it was jealousy that started his misfortune. Kiritsugu has hold his master's wife hostage, true. But it was jealousy that goaded his master into commanding him to kill himself.

  • No matter how famous Diarmuid is, it's so sad that he was given another life and yet he dies the exact same way.

  • I think it is more of a weapon/acts that made them known..when ya think of Arthur-sword Excalibur...and gilgamesh-millions of swords etc..

  • Can you send me a link to download the OIST? thanks!

  • anime of fate zero please.

  • Tbh I don't think a Fate/Zero anime is necessary. Not to mention it wouldn't be nearly as entertaining as the novels anyways.

What I want is an official translation of the novels so I can have them on my shelf.

  • @SeintMyon is there an unofficial translated version?

  • @Telilax Yes, on Baka-Tsuki I believe.

  • @Telilax What is it about? Another route like the visual novel?

  • @SeintMyon

I wish I could hate you to death

  • @SeintMyon It's a bit hit-and-miss.

Some people really want it, but others think it won't live up to the novel, which is true. I personally just glad it's recieving some attention.

  • @SeintMyon Anime by UFOTable incoming this year, Beast's Lair has PDF booklet format of the unofficial that you can put on your shelf if you put work in to binding it properly.

  • @MirriNigma \o/

  • @SeintMyon and yet fate/zero anime is coming out this year. i bet you DO NOT see that coming at all...

  • @darkroxas25 I am okay with this.

  • They wouldn't be able to capture the awesomeness of the Novels...

  • personally i think the contrary, the anime is great.

  • @000Moli000 As long as Deen doesn't get to make it I support this endeavor.

  • deen animated the first anime very very good.

  • @000Moli000 Being delivered

  • at the end he dies cursing everyone, not kinda noble.

  • Yeah... Diarmuid's story is pretty lame compared to other Celtic heroes.

  • Gaelic, technically.

  • Well I don't blame him in a way... he was cheated out of a fair battle against Saber. Had a lot of people betray him in both his life and grail spirit times.

Heck if I was suddenly forced to stab myself against my will, knowing someone did it intentionally... I'd be cursing everyone out too lol.

  • Do you blame him? His backstory is that he was betrayed once, by his first master, who still held a grudge for a curse Lancer couldn't control.

In this time, a Master forces him to kill himself, for jealousy over a woman. He dies twice, the exact same way, each time. I'd curse everything in existence in the exact same way Lancer did.

I've always liked the Lancers though. I want to see who the First through Third Holy Grail Wars' Lancers were.

  • They're always awesome and Irish, eh? Still looking up on his past (yeah I know wiki is cheap but... I can't go that far into Irish mythology), but still... that totally sucks. Why is it that the cool characters of any series always get killed? And they're too epic too...

*sigh* The power of geis makes everyone lonely doesn't it? (You may now it as geass to some if you watched THAT lol ^^)

  • The Irish were more fond of lances than other cultures, that's why.

Another Irish Lancer would be Celtchar mac Uthechar with Lúin Celtchair, a powerful flaming lance.

Technically Saber could be a lancer- King Arthur had a lance called "Rhongomyniad", or just "Ron", similar to Lúin Celtchair only holy in nature I believe.

  • @HayateKusanagi those that are epic. die. a very bad death.. look at archer. the most epic. and he died the most bad way.. just like lancer.. betrayed.. by some1 he saved......

and is cursed to forever kill people and not to save(save a few)

  • @HayateKusanagi I agree, the lancers are usually more interesting, along with the riders, I did like Lancer Fate/Stay Night for his unpredictability, well i didn't see his co-operation coming.

As for this Lancer, I found I'd probably do the same as he did throughout the story, I draw some parrallels in personality, but more his fighting style is cool.

  • i would curse every single existense if i died because i got betrayed AGAIN.

  • I am certainly digging this song. But until today I thought Fate/Zero was a visual novel too, kinda bummed it's only a light novel.

  • It is awesome any way, though the translations in bakatsuki tend to be a bit awkward...

  • and they take forever!! i'e been waiting like 4 weeks for them to do act 8 part 3

  • Cu Chulain did die in a blaze of glory in UBW, however, Diarmuid's was one of utter shame. What's with Irishmen dying all day long?

  • good question.

  • In fact, it's a reflection of how he died in the legend, since all what happens to him in Fate/Zero seems a repetition of how he ended. The woman his "leader" is going to marry falls in love with him even though he doesn't even try, and an order from his "leader" is the reason for his dead... It's sad, and I saw it coming from miles away T_T

  • Heroes always die due to unreasonable orders, after all...
