Doing the crouch heavy punch and cancelling into SURE U KEN is giving me alot of shit. I always end up cancelling into ryu's super combo.

Any tips for how to cancel shoryuken into shinku hadoken on a stick? I hear there are some new shorcuts for shoryuken in sf4..

you would probably have to use an EX Focus dash cancel, then do the shinku hadoken. you know what ex focus dash canceling is right?

I know what you mean man, I've had the game for like a week i might play like an hour a day, And i'm on to normal trial 4 and hard trial 2. USING A KEYBOARD ASWELL. And these people think they can whine.. Ps3/xbox you only have to move an analog stick and push a button to win the game.. With a keyboard you must type out every single command in a move. Keyboard SFIV players are simply the golden kings of micro,

I don't know about that. I've got a keyboard and a gamepad and I have an easier time doing this stuff on my keyboard. It's a lot more precise.

Really depends what keyboard you have razer stuff or g11 or higher is what they recomend so it doesnt ghost and such, i'm looking at blanka as he doesnt seem like that hard to control with a keyboard.

I have ps3 version and can't get passed normal trial mode stage 3 with any character, the game does a horrible job explaining or showing one how to accomplish these canceling moves. Not a user friendly game for someone new to fighting games. Highly don't recommend game.

yeah.. is hard using a regular controller since you have the L1-L2 buttons.. and need to syncro your left hand to actually do the movements and press the buttons if needed... i change the normal configuration so it can be easy to use them and have access to do the focus using either L1&L2 or R1&R2 but like 0xkeNzo said.. practice! and I still need a lot to practice! lol

i'm currently doing all the trials to earn some achievements and i must say that it's a fucking migrane doing so xD. SFIV has to be one of the harder games to get all the achievements on which is what makes it so fun =P

How to do the ex focus attack???

After you input the Shoryuken, quickly press focus attack on the first hit and tap back twice, as soon as you do that you input qcf,qcf,PPP. You have to dash back during the focus cancel or it doesn't work.
