the handling should be the same in the full version. Coming from forza 2, I noticed the tighter steering too, but it didn't take more than a race or two to get used to. Just play it a lot and you'll get used to it :p

Just like the previous forzas, i'm inclined to believe there won't be one unfortunately. But, the game is very straight forward and will likely PLAY like forza 2 with some minor touches if any, but will LOOK like this video here. Hope that helps out.
