Not really. My friend downloaded it in Rock Band, and while he was playing, I plugged in my bass, and started playing along by ear. I even got partway through the solo with few mistakes. Can't be much harder for guitar. Black Sabbath songs are pretty easy to figure out, since they tend to use simple patterns and work in an easy key. Doesn't make them any less awesome, though.
