DX Super and Ultimate Daibouken formations

I have the American version of the Drivemax megazord and was wondering if the Japanese version of Dual Drive can combine with it?

@texasphoenix No, the two are incompatible. The American Drivemax is 25% larger than the Japanese one. If you want the full thing, you will have to either get the Japanese version of DaiBouken, or you will have to get the American Version of the Dual Drive Megazord that included the Jet.

@1997padfoot It's much smaller. The size of Overdrive Megazord was increased by I believe 25% for overbearing American safety regulations. In the process of increasing the size, though, much of the quality was lost.

I'm not sure what fair market value for it is, as I've been out of the game a while. It sounds like you're wanting Ultimate DaiBouken. Correct?

yeah. i have been able to find daibouken for fairly decent prices it's just i haven't really been able to find a good deal on the secondary zords as a whole set. the best i can find is the four without the jet. though i would not mind getting the whole set for fair market value.

bah! Gyro's wings are supposed to fold inwards when you form super daibouken. Its exactly the same as when you combine Gyro and formula for the trailer mode.

Does it really matter what side it goes on? It still works doesn't it? The dozer and marine are the only ones you look out for since the hands are non superimposable.

To me, yes, it matters greatly. Show accuracy is key...

Lets just say one day they run into a monster and one of their arms is damaged and all they have left is another left but it can function as right. I would take that chance if I were you.

Whether it can or can't is a moot point. They can obviously function as both arms in terms of the toys, but in terms of show accuracy, the drill was never shown to be used as anything but a right arm.

You never know. They can come out with a new sentai where the mechas attachments are omnioriented. They're always trying out new ideas for that. Could be left or right usage in the future one day.
