Your needle is sterile when you open it. All three containers have a rubber stopper to keep them sterile. As long as you sterilize all three lids properly, your water will still be sterile to use later.

Technically, you would need 6,000 IUs of hCG. However, you will need to buy it in 2,000 IU increments, so that the hCG stays potent for that period of time.

If I have a 5000 Vial of hcg and I want to take 28 shots at 175iu daily -- Do I still mix it the same as 1ml of bateristic water to the hcg 1st and mix , then add the other 9 ml to make a total of 10 ml of bat water ??
If that is so , so when I begin with 1st shot Do I just draw 175 iu from the container each day and shoot that for each of the 28 days ???
My only critique would be to be WAY more careful with the mixing syringe. You have it bending almost to the point of snapping a couple of times in the vid.

not sterile it is disinfected. Wiping something down with alcohol does not steralize. Also you may want to try using a different gauge needle for the mixing that way you don't run the risk of breaking the needle & it won't bend
Recently every time I inj I feel like I just got a bee sting for 3-5 mins. I always make sure Im not hitting a vein. Doesnt matter where I inj either. Its not the alcohol, I make sure the area is dry. I thought it was due to hitting a bunch of little nerves/veins but it happens all the time now. Im not sure what Im doing wrong. @erinpyeatt 10,000 IUs will lose it's potency before you are able to use it, so it's really a waste to use them. Unless you are doing the diet with someone else!

@readheadru2 The first few times I did injections, it was a little sore. I got better at it after a few times. Also, let your syringe filled with hCG sit out a few minutes to warm up a little before injecting. Sometimes that cold hCG makes it a little uncomfortable.

@jamaicanxstasy You would just adjust your dose. If you use 1 ml per 1000 iu of hCG, then your dose would be 15 units for 150 ius and 20 units for 200 ius
@carmelsutra69 This is how you figure that out.....5,000 (IUs) divided by 150 (IUs daily) equals 33.333......So basically, it will last 33 days or 33 injections to be more acurate..

@trudy2311 What do you mean it doesn't show up in your pee? Don't be fooled into thinking you will get a positive pregnancy test. You aren't really taking enough for a positive test. As long as you are losing and you are not hungry, that's what really matters!

He should of alcohol swabbed the lid of the hcg first, THEN his stomache. Also you don't need to aspirate anymore. It's best to inject in the muscle, not the fat. Otherwise, good demo.

Optimal doses are really different person to person. I find that most people do well with 150-200 IUs daily. Many people just start with 200 IUs daily, so that they don't have to mess with it later.
There are some advantages to getting the liquid form. According to the manufacturer, it is a more purified version. It still has a 2 year shelf life until you open and mix it, however even unopened vials, must be stored in the fridge. If you usually mix with 10 ml of sterile water, as in this video, you would only add 9 ml to the "Premixed" version since it already consists of 1 ml.
Just a couple of things, after you rub the area of injection I would NOT use the same alcohol swab to rub the top of your vile, you just rubbed your skin which is covered with "healthy" bacteria and then used that same swab to rub the top of your vile, which causes cross contamination, always prepare aseptically. It's a good idea to alternate sides when injecting. Also you do NOT need to aspirate because there are no main arteries or viens in the subcutaneous tissues of the abdomen. Thanks!

I just saw this post! I'm so sorry. Do you still have questions? If you are dosing 200 IUs daily, you want to inject 40 units or .4 cc daily, if you mixed 5,000 IU vial of hCG with 10 ml of Bacteriostatic Water.

It's mostly preference! When you measure out a very small amount, it's easier to get a little bit of difference on the dosing each day. When there is a little more, it's easier for me, to measure it exactly.
I wouldn't use a 10,000 vial as that takes took long to go through. I've been using the 5,000 vial but next time I'm going to order the 2000 vials so I can mix a fresh batch more often.
Many pharmacies will give out a sharps container, then you can turn it back into them, with the needles. Or, a 2 liter soda bottle works well too, so they aren't lose in your garbage for someone to get poked!
Bad video. Always say what it is, and explain what it's used for...clearly and at the beginning.

It depends on your dose. You will get about 25 days on average, with one 5,000 IU vial of hCG.

I am getting ready to start my third round, but this is the first time I have made my own. Your video is great, but I am not sure if I want to mix the 200, how much am I injecting on a daily basis? I am a bit confused :(

I just saw this post! I'm so sorry. Do you still have questions? If you are dosing 200 IUs daily, you want to inject 40 units or .4 cc daily, if you mixed 5,000 IU vial of hCG with 10 ml of Bacteriostatic Water.

Love the Vid. I'm starting on the protocol just as soon as it arrives. I ordered the huCoG from reliable Sept. 2nd. Approx. how long would it take to arrive (to New Mexico) I've heard as long as 18-20 days.Thanks so much for the info.

Great Vlog on mixing and injecting. I have watched soooooooooooo many that are awful. You make it all so simple. My husband (naturally skinny man...:-( lol) helped me and we were life "Mutt and Jeff" trying to follow other Vlogs and the instructions. Thank you so much for making it simple for me. Take care.

Thank heaven you injected AIR in the bottles. I laugh at these people who just START on the Diet and have to be experts on mixing and then do a clip that is so awful.
DELMEM has a good video, but he has done the diet and kept the weight all off for over a year now.

Great informational video!! Where were you informed to use 10 ml for a 5000iu vial? I was told by my doctor to use 5ml for 5000iu vial.. or 10ml for a 10000is vial...Please let me know when you can.. Thanks

It's mostly preference! When you measure out a very small amount, it's easier to get a little bit of difference on the dosing each day. When there is a little more, it's easier for me, to measure it exactly.

I wouldn't use a 10,000 vial as that takes took long to go through. I've been using the 5,000 vial but next time I'm going to order the 2000 vials so I can mix a fresh batch more often.

Many pharmacies will give out a sharps container, then you can turn it back into them, with the needles. Or, a 2 liter soda bottle works well too, so they aren't lose in your garbage for someone to get poked!
