99-00 Hayabusa were unrestricted with the 00 having the 220mph face plate after that they came with the 185mph. The Hayabusa in the video is a turbo hayabusa with an aftermarket 220mph face plate put over the 185mph. Where it reads 220mph should of read 185mph. Its not calibrated and does not show real speed. Its a BS video.

I think there is a international limit on how fast bikes are allowed to go. At one point in the past companies kept building faster and faster bikes, and it got more and more dangerous. I think they top out before a Bugatti tops out.
