It could be in Poland. It's posible but you have to notice that everywhere are idiots. I'm a Polish but I drive very often across Europe. I was in Germany, in Belgium, in Italy, in The Netherlands, in Switzerland and in The Czech Republic and I can say that in Poland is not so bad. We just don't have to much highways and this is the reason why we have so much car's crashes. On this move we can see pure stupidity but like I said, the same is everywhere.

Looks like the other traffic had the right idea there. They pulled over to effectively create enough room to let that truck get a move on, then that truck pulls over soon as he can to let the car get past.
