Every politician uses a teleprompter when giving speeches. Obama does, McCain does, Bush did, etc. Palin used a teleprompter all the time. What is ironic is that she tried to lie about it, saying that when giving one of her big speeches that the teleprompter broke and she "just had to wing it".
