i know this video is not about it but when i run disk defragmenter it stops at 15% and says" Some files on this volume could not be defragmented.

Please check the defragmentation report for the list of these files.

i've asked on a few videos and havent gotten a response, could you possible help me out or tell me what that means?

yes it is safe to delete missing shared dll and muicache (in fact you are simply deleting the registry entry of a dll that was present on your computer. If the absense of that dll has not caused you any trouble, then deleting its entry from the registry won't

i haven't come across many people who had problems after using ccleaner. And the problem should be with something on your computer, that you are unaware of. For example try running system file checker to see if some system file is corrupt, after that try reinstalling firefox. And you can keep usin ccleaner, it does no harm

well u either are dumb or your pc sucks ccleaner dont slow your pc down id check for spyware or virus if i was you.Ive used ccleaner on many computers down to a p3 with about 250mb ram still ran nice

ok thanx for your help i tried reinstalling mozilla but it didnt work i did a system restore again and installed a recent updated version of mozilla and it works i doubt it was the computer though,i got it last week,maybe it was rocketdock,or windows vista 64bit edition is not yet compatible with cc cleaner

reinstall firefox, utorrent and whatever application is not functioning normally and change the resolution of your desktop to normal. This rarely happens, but the ccleaner is not at fault, it happens if your computer is already in a messy state. Regulary using ccleaner will keep it neat and fast. Have been using ccleaner since a few years without ever having any problem.
