If your looking for one on ebay, The Grey Alien Attack version seems to be more prevalent, Astro Blaster seems top be a bit rarer, but at the moment prices on ebay can go from okay/reasonable to WTF...? so you may get a bargain. Never heard of Melody Madness, I may've played it at the time though, can't remember.
Nice collection you've got BTW. So your version rises the total number of known versions to three: "Alien Attack", "Scramble", and "Astro Blaster", of which "Scramble" is the only one named like the arcade it was derived from.
Apparently it's got the unfortunate name of "Rambler" in Germany, there are probably loads of clones and many versions all around the world. I'm gonna put some more films up of my other games, I'll leave some out as they are more fun to play than watch. Cheers.

i used to play this all the time when i was a kid.
until someone smeared bubblegum all over the screen.
i will be buying one on ebay this week.
there used to be a game called melody madness aswell.
dont no if you have heard of it,
