What is the story of this act??

@PolinaSemionovaFan if this ballet is in any way loyal to the Hugo novel, the scene is about Esmeralda being invited to the house of Cpt. Phoebus's fiancé, where she is asked to dance in front of them. And then she notices the captain (that happens at 5:00, and the following part is my favourite:). She's in love with him of course. Also, I believe the guy in blue-yellow tights is Pierre Gringoire, Esmeralda's husband of sort.... but really they are just friends. :)
