He said nothing was filmed professionally, so I dont know. You know people could watch the dress rehearsals and such, so some random guy with a camera just filmed this.

yes I also readed in one of the his interview. I think that it is regrettable. In my point of view, radio kaos is the best solo album of Roger Waters and radio kaos tour should be filmed professionally for the many fans of roger waters

I think something was filmed professionally because at the end of "Four Minutes" on the KAOS video, there is a little bit of footage from a KAOS show.
