Santeria is a fine religion. It gives the people who practice it comfort and a sense of community. The priest in this video is not typical of most Santeria priests. Yes, the animal sacrifices do take place, but are only for special situations, and have to be done humanely or else it will piss off the orisha being sacrificed to. Just because this one guy is an asshole who can't understand zoning laws doesn't mean all priests do such things. One bad egg doesn't spoil the dozen.

This is a moving video for me. Just another example of how the constitution is misunderstood. When its says "Congress shall pass no laws respecting any religion or prohibiting free exercise thereof," it means that there will be no specific advantages given to any or all religions or disadvantages specifically given to religion. If a law is passed, ALL have to obey it regardless of religion and religion can't be grounds for breaking the law.
