I read The Joy of Living and it was so eye opening and perplexing at the same time. We're so used to thinking of Buddhism as a religeon, and yet Yongey turns happiness into a science. Incredible.

Thank you for posting this video on youtube.There are many Dharma teachings on Youtube, including Tsemtulku who has 214 videos. What Tsem Riinpoche said is very similar to this talk.
