  • Power to weight ratio is one of the key components a high performance automobile is composed of. And there are V6 mustangs that would have a lot of fun with a cobra. ;)

  • @shoemaker671 This one's is one of them ;)

  • @willjk3025 wanna bet???? lol will post a video of it when its back together

  • @urdaddybitch100 let me get on a computer tomorrow where I can msg you this is my car and from then it's long since changed and we can discuss your 95v6 and I'll answer all your questions.

  • Well the GT is now gone =( It was a good car but now I have a 2003 Supercharged Cobra! Think the out come would be the same? I think we need to find out!

  • @newjerseybadass Definately! I wanna see that happen.

  • Nice!!!.... Hi i was just wondering i have a mustang 1996 v6 its completey stock and i want to upgrade it what should be the first few things i should do to make it faster i you could please name a few?

  • @urdaddybitch100 Exhaust, intake tune, gears.

  • @urdaddybitch100 throttle body, throttle body spacer, c.a.i., exhaust (true dual), an then a supercharger ;)

  • @urdaddybitch100 You can also go with an underdrive pulley kit and a bigger throttle body.

  • i have a v6 mustang stock. love it. i guess i feel i have power since i used to drive a corolla. 0-45mph in 9 seconds. 45 the speed limit, =P

  • @vfIskullangel I'm just going on experience my cousins mach 1 completely left a z28 and an ss in the dust on a curvy road and I had to hit my brakes so I wouldn't hit the camaros...what year are the ones you're talking about I'm not educated on camaro body styles lol

  • @willjk3025 Well if the current model is producing 300+ and he's getting the motor out of one he should be good with at least 500hp. He probably could have more depending on who tunes it.

  • @vfIskullangel true it is nice to be unique and the 96-98 cobra was a big jump from the gt but the 99-01 wasn't but the camaro might beat the mustang on a drag but on curvy roads they don't hold a flame to a mustang

  • @NightHawkCommando actually its the other way around. The GT could take the Fbodies out in the straights but with the WS6 package the Fbodies would be more than capable of beating the mustangs in the curves. keep in mind in europe the WS6 and Camaro SS was a competiting against the Lamborghini Diablo VT and Ferrari 575 in some races.

  • @FastNewEdge not true I have a 98 that beat a 02 gt and my 98 only has about $500 dollars in mods and if I did the pi head swap I could come close to beating 96-02 cobras (not positive though) and still have less money in my car

  • @NightHawkCommando 96-02 cobras aren't much to brag about. They might be a little lighter than a standard GT and make a little more power but you could build a GT for a lot cheaper to beat one for pennies on the dollar. Hell most stock LT4's and LS1's could beat them.

  • @vfIskullangel nice cars but with what you have in the 2005+ 4.0 supercharged you could get a 96-04 gt/mach/cobra supercharge it and it would blow the 6 cylinders doors off

  • @NightHawkCommando Sure but then you'll be like everyone else on the road with a V8. Its like me and my V6 Camaro, I love being the only 3.8 while everyone else is a 5.7, sure they are great but V6s can also be just as good. I also wouldn't doubt a Turbo V6 against a Supercharged GT/Cobra, Its still very possible to beat one with a Turbo set up. I have seen a couple of videos already of them doing just that.

  • @willjk3025 He's going to be turboed soon making beyond 500hp. You sure you still wanna run him? :)

  • its sn95 not sn98. Nice stangs

  • the only thing quick in this video was the light... el oh el

  • @LukkazTV I agree. Just imagine if we were driving casually :D

  • This guy raced possibly the slowest GT in recent history....96-98 were bad years for the mustang GT...

  • @FastNewEdge Not true. the 82-91 years were probably the slowest.

  • Can I make my V6 3.8L 2002 Mustang supercharged? If so, How? And whom do I ask?

    Step by step?

  • @OSEMillusion Yeah. With money its possible and you should search on difference V6 Mustang Forums. Your looking about 3k-5k to do so. Good luck :)

  • The stock V6 is somewhat underperforming, however it has huge amounts of untapped potential, most of which can be unlocked with reasonably priced parts, exhaust systems, a super charger, and some other parts.

  • i have a question can you please tell me how and what to buy to supercharge or turbocharge my 2002 mustang v6?

  • @wetnapkin1 Your going to have to search for a kit through Ebay or on Google. The one here in this video was a basic Ebay Supercharger. They are out there but expensive. Also search on the forums.

  • @wetnapkin1 procharger makes them

  • @Inuyashatg98 do i have to rebuild my transmission or will my v6 be able to hold the horsepower?

  • @wetnapkin1 if you have a manual, yes you will have to rebuild it if it goes over 300.. which it probably will. if your an auto, a J-mod and trans cooler will let it hold 500hp.

  • I own a 2005 V6.. And i gotta say, They are pretty heavy cars and they have a extremly outdated ford explorer SOHC v6 in them, The tranny, driveline, and axel are pretty weak. I love my Mustang but if you plan on going the performance route instead of show car then a GT with a nice V8 is a must have.

  • @blunts4dayzzz Well the great thing about the V6 Mustang Market is that they have a huge support from the aftermarket industry everything from Turbo's to Supercharging even Prochargers to. Now adays a V8 is just a an option :)

  • just imagine the v8 had a supercharger....lol....love to see that v6 on the rear view mirror..

  • @uh10ku20 That V6 could run with a Kennebell GT the way it was in the video. Now He's getting a bigger motor, S/C'er gears so it should hold it's own against Cobra's SC'ed GT's. Turbo Stang's he would lose for sure.

  • @uh10ku20 yes..... just imagine. that would be great if reality ran off our imagination wouldnt it? pshhh loser

  • lambo doors and audio system? please tell me you punched that tool

  • @ADD8oi Why would I? I think his Mustang is probably one of the best ones out here in the front range. Most people lack originality these days.

  • @vfIskullangel well, if its your thing then nothing i can do to change your opinion, however imo if you intend to race or beef up your car for speed, dont throw on gaudy lambo doors and an audio system, keep that for the riceburners

  • @ADD8oi How does that make him a Riceburner? He has a Supercharger to his mustang and keep in mind the dude is in highschool... Not many kids his age have cars that are done up properly. I think its a damn fine machine. Traditionalist need to get over the fact that not everybody wants their daddys 1969 Camaro from when he was back in hiiiigh skool.

  • @vfIskullangel ...when did i call him a riceburner? reread my comment, i called his mods gaudy, and to leave the lambo doors to the riceburners......i purchased the mustang in my videos when i was in highschool, ended up running a 12 flat at milan with it, 4.0 6er...and no, if i wanted a 69 camaro i wouldnt be watching mustang vids now would i?

  • It's a bone stock 97 mustang gt I might mod it out or just get a 03 cobra

  • @newjerseybadass You should turbo the 97 and put a six speed in it.

  • 2005-2009 mustangs can beat those old v8s pretty easily

  • @SliqhtlyStoopid No they cant..especially NOT my 97 Cobra!

  • @Localdrummerweb thats a cobra...

  • @SliqhtlyStoopid Video says a GT if you can read

  • @SliqhtlyStoopid Thats no Cobra....

  • my 99 v6 has a lot of balls, surprised a lot of people. lol.

  • @MrSiscub No way on hell sorry buddy..

  • @MrSiscub yea i agree with TheMrhoneycutt. a bone stock v6 cannot beat even a bone stock v8 yet alone a comaro ss. you must have been dreaming

  • @MrSiscub Bullshit!!! ive gotta 99 v6 and i know i could beat your car... but i dont stand a chance against a camaro ss. my car is stock and v6 camaros still beat me. not challengers or chargers though

  • Eh... not really impressed. He beat a very early, probably 96-97, and an automatic to bat. Meh. Mediocre, at best really.

  • @kmiracle1984 I agree completely... an AUTOMATIC sports car is really just... what the hell!?

  • @SirBoxer03 auto's vs manuel autos win when it comes to drag racing....as far as speed goes anyways im sure im about to be bombarded with id rather control with the shifts completly oblivous to the fact a tuner allows you to do that...but nontheless id rather drive the faster car worse then the slower car better....but thats just me

  • yeah more like 6 cylinders and a SUPERCHARGER

  • @mtrowbridge53 true dat

  • lol gotta love the v6 power :-)
