@Racheleblckwll I go to a class. I don't have a pole myself, don't have enough room to swing a cat, let alone myself, but the ones at our group are x-poles, and I hear they are the best :)

great job! I have the hardest time with the move around 1:11. I just cant seem to get my legs up to the pole lol. You make it look so easy effortless. It's amazing how much strength you have.
