geez it`s gonna be 70 yrs this December.7 2011.....how time goes by ,but the wounds are still there, even with the WW2 Survivors are Passing away each year. R.I.P. all you Military Men and Women lost in ALL the Wars, past and present.
I was 11 years old when Pearl was attacked, December 8th my brother went and enlisted in the Army. The American people were very angry. I had to wait until Korea to do my time.
thank you all you nave personell who gave your lives so willingly for freedom and democercy thank you for your sacerfice may you rest in peace to never again see the horrors of war god bless
it is shameful that those precious lives taken away but their corps are still under water,. well, don't u think it isn't such thing to be seen by tourists or like for memorial to keep that ship in water!?! only if US couldn't remove it from there!!! IN 21ST CENTURY!!! i just think they should be in peace, not bothered by minds and tears, and not to hurt too many souls,.
Very moving to see that those men were willing to give their lives for us. Jesus gave his life for all of us also so that they may live again. God bless you all.
UpTuk7, the Navy has a lot to offer. My son joined a little over a year ago and loves it. Don't let these images of Pearl and the Arizona scare you. Something like this will never happen again.
Where as we Brit's see the American's as brash & loud, I have to say this video is very moving & a fitting tribute to all those brave people who lost their live's that day, It's amazing how music & pictures can tell so much more than word's ever can, Well done.
this is my Grandson`s account but i am using it i was in WW2 the mostt tragic war ever i lost my only brother... Jonathan Gittano the darn germans shot him... in the heart i was raged screaming mad i was filled we anger i was bloodthirsty i killed 129 of them every weapon i wsted i picked another up after that i was in tears and in my only brother`s blood last word he said was "tell mom I love her and brother take my necklace to father" i was crying i couldn`t sleep my grave is with him john.
