  • I have no idea what you are trying to say here. I do know what Newsboys are saying tho, that God gives us unspeakable joy, and whatever we are going thru in our lives, just checking in with the big guy puts everything into perspective

  • EXACTLY my point. I am a Catholic Christian, and i 100% believe in God. But i'm just saying, the only reason a lot of people don't like this band is because its not an occult like iron maiden.

    It's about seeking Christ and striving to follow the example of Joy, peace, and love.

  • I love that song, but poor Peter Furler's voice... he was flat on the high notes. Must've blown it out a few shows earlier. Phil Joel, though, dang! Guy's got a great voice.

    They are singing about god's amazing grace and his love for them , their "joy" that god loves them. Your not interested in christianity, if it includes thanking god for his great sacrifice? Your loss, then.
