I play it (and it looks like this guy does too) as C, um... an Am with the B string played open, and E.

The chorus replaces the second chord with a C shape chord played on the 3rd fret, but again leaving the B string open.

I don't have a clue how the strings are tuned to be honest. If it sounds anything remotely in tune I'll play. I've lost enough tuners through dropping them to just not bother anymore.

As regards tabs, just try a few things. I mean its just E C and Asus2 or something. And then D on chorus.
