  • Crazy, so inspiring.

  • And here it is again from a different angle :)

  • damn

  • I was on his clinic yesterday! He is one of the smartest and one of the most inspiring drummers in the world! Amazing technique, expression, everything is amazingly good!

  • Ludnica!

  • i'm sorry, but this is pretty lame, although i can imagine how difficult it's to play

  • Max, what is the solo called? It sounds very inspired, almost like a story - very classic elements and phrasing for a purpose I think, like it should have a name :-)

  • Great Solo......I like your aproach on the cymbals....The most original solo i have seen in a long time !!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

  • WTF!!!

  • Wow, he is amazing! Does he play with anyone famous? Does he teach?

  • There's something wrong with the video or it was sped up in the faster, dense parts. If the latter, not quite nice of him.. If not, then excuse me! Good solo anyways!

  • @danieljanca No, it was not sped up and the video is ok. It's just that he plays and moves so fast sometimes it looks inhuman!

    Max

  • god damn that's impressive! very unique, thanks max.

  • This guy has a very relaxing groove when he plays...amazing

  • awesome

  • so mellow and free. such great dynamics also. amazing.

  • i like it because it sounds very origin.

  • really really nice. absolutely lovely solo.

  • how does he roll like that with his hands not moving?

  • @Sic4ce free relaxed finger movement. pivoting in the thumb ad index finger

  • That was really great! Quite creative. Not a groove based solo; freer than most. Very musical. Tks for posting!

  • wow

  • Really musical and impressive!! Thanks for the upload.

  • i love it when matched grippers prove you dont have to use trad to be amazing .buddy rich would be like well, i was wrong.

  • @sticksbass Looks to me like he is using traditional grip -albeit in a somewhat unorthodox way. Where most traditional grippers have their left palm facing upward, his is facing downward. Could be his particular brush technique. Hold on! he just switched to sticks. Now he's definitely match.

  • WOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!

  • umm i prefer ur style playing.. has rythm and cool funky groove...

  • He is from Serbia. Yugoslavia doesn't exist! :) He is amazing drummer!

  • @LOLE1991KOVIN You're so right! Because when I met Marko it was still Yugoslavia and that was still in my head.

    Max

  • @dimsunk I guess you could say he is FROM Yugoslavia, but (maybe) he lives in Serbia. Because by the time he was born it was still called like that. Just my opinion.

By the way, amazing set and solo, thanks for sharing.

  • That's awesome. I wanna have lessons with you Master when I visit Montreal..

  • That was stunning.

I love how dramatic it sounded in the middle - when he was ending the brushes part and switching to sticks part.

  • woooow! amazing!

  • Sweeeeet!

  • Gottaa love Gretsch!
