@onlyUSEmeTAc I think any diet change adds up.Throughout the first month i didnt stick to a very good diet, then i really intensified my diet in the second month and got MUCH better results.I think shakeolgy would help, but honestly if you find yourself a good protein shake to your diet that would help a lot as well. I bought muscle milk protein shake mix because its low in sugar, and high in vitamins and protein. Plus it tastes pretty good as far as protein goes. And thankyou! :)
@sugarpoultry It depends on the day, usually between 40 minutes to an hour. The only day that is really long is Yoga. Yoga is an hour and a half work out. But its yoga so it feels pretty good. ^.^ You get one rest day a week, and if you start on a Monday, your work out Saturday would be kenpo which is a lot of fun. ^^
Congreatulations!!! That's just amazing; great results and didn't take all that long to get them. You worked hard, and you look GREAT! How challenging was the p90x (especially in regards to motivation, lol). I need to do this with my fiance XD Good job!
Honestly it was challenging getting into it by myself, but then me and my boyfriend decided to do it together. It helps SOOOO much when someone close to you does it with you, you can motivate each other. So if you do it i highly recommend doing it with your fiance! You two can motivate each other and work out together and see results together. ^.^
Its not too bad... You can get it used on Amazon.com for under $100. But what starts to add up is protein supplements and such.
