Really? I think it's Ai who needs Conan more. Think about it: Ai has got no one... her parents are dead, her sister is dead, and she's being hunted down by an evil organization who wants to kill her, and the person she likes (Conan) (we don't know this for sure, but it's strongly implied) likes another girl. Her story is a sad one, and I think Ai needs Conan way more than Ran. Ran who cries over nothing-- Ran who cries for one reason only: "BECAUSE MY BOYFRIEND IS MISSING!".
lol, we nevr rlly kno.....gosho sometimes misleads dc fans, like that time where we thought ai was seriously gonna shoot conan w/ the gun but it was only roses....tho i really do hope conan and ai will end up 2gether XD
