I love driving through Atlanta! Driving in the US is soo different compared to Germany. 7 lanes on a highway in one direction but also driving in remote areas, where you have to drive 20 miles to get to another town. Absolutely Amazing! Can't wait to get to the South again!
Great video as always! Thankfully it was a "light traffic" day when you went thru there! It's been several years but I have driving thru town on I 75 myself as well! Great to take the "beltway loop" to go past the airport and under the tunnel! Great job again! Mark in Iowa.
That's a great route, I always wonder what out-of-towners think when they come in to town on I-75 like that, it's pretty impressive compared to a lot of other cities. 2:12 indeed! as good a quality of roads as I've ever driven. You are the first person to film the HOV lane through the Brookwood Interchange LOL, @7:11 you're welcome! Oh, only a few more seconds and you'd have passed under the coolest ramp in the city, a three lane flyover carrying I-285 South to East.. Great job on the video!
@Freewayjim I love Atlanta and I even have a customary song I usually play, Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. The first time I personally drove north through ATL it was night and this was playing. I love how the song starts all soft and builds to the climax (And as we wind on down the road...) it reminds me of the city as you go through the suburbs, then approach and finally reach the downtown corridor. Thanks for commenting!!
@cochrab awesome!

I've always been wondering why is the asphalt darker in the middle of every line in the US? You don't see that in Finland or Germany.

Love the downtown connector. One of the best drives in the U.S.
