@MrAudity: wow you are an utter idiot. 1stly its reviewed, it has 2 e's, but for someone so professional surely spelling is childs play? 2ndly There are so so many different right and wrongs in the PT business that if you looked hard enough there is probably a reviewed paper on how pull-ups can cause heart disease of some sort! You can see how Scott interacts with his clients, you can't tell me his clients lack trust or he wouldn't have a strong community on social networking sites..(characters)

Just don't understand you "Mr. perfect form" watching videos of people working out if you are going to criticize on them?

Love this video! I'm thinking about getting a PT certificate too, so Scott, what did you have to go through to get one? I've checked on some schools here in Sweden but they all seem to be pretty expensive. How much do you think is reasonable to pay for a PT education?

Our community is FULL of Hermanites who are obtaining their goals. This guy needs to stop trying to find something wrong and either be a positive addition or just go away.

Rome wasnt built in a day and neither was SHF, but just like Rome... SHF will be an empire second to none
