@coldgus7s It shouldn't be too hard for one medium sized dog. Remember it's a "team" sport. When you hit hills and rough terrain you want to be pedalling and helping your dog as well as breaking on hills and when you get going too fast. Like any sport, it takes conditioning so start on short slow rides until your dog is ready to go further :)
