If she chooses to take pictures of herself and send them to her boyfriend it is her prerogative to do so and thats where it ends. At this point he is the legal recipient but does not possess any ownership over the picture that allows him to redistribute it. If he does so he can be charged, if they break up it is his decision whether to keep the pic for himself or delete it but cannot legally display it to others or resend it.
