ahhh i was just filming on this occasion, and it was the only time i met that particular fire-spinner...... can't really tell u much about his toy..... except that there was a big metal ring in the middle and the three spokes just sort of clipped on..... very innovative and, like u, something i'd not seen before!
Wow, never seen this toy before. Will try to build one and test it out. If it works i'll post a vid...
