Hey I have a 1/16 erevo and I'm wanting to do the truggy thing to it how much money does it cost to do it and does car still filp alot and does it make it more race type plz Help me
so talking size-wise, would this be same size as your averae 1/10 scale such as thunder tiger sparrohawk, tamiya things like that... coz i saw a 1/10 e-revo next to a sparrowhawk XB (which i own) and e-revo full size was like twice the size..
@RedRampagee@RedRampagee The 1/16 scale is a weird scale to begin with, and the standard revo although considered 1/10th is honestly a 1/8 truggy size imo. There's a comparison from traxxas' website, the mini is scaled down quite well, and from a distance they are extremely similar.
@EcHOx94 I ran them indoor on carpet (offroad setup)... and they almost had a bit too much bite, ran them up and down the street to wear them down a bit and they had the perfect level of slip and grip for the track. I did run them worn down at the outdoor dirt track and they still hooked up nicely after a winter of indoor and wearing them down prior. So they are very versatile tires and work well overall for bashing or racing on pretty much any surface imo.
@MIKOrcboy Thanks man! I'll have to look into those Tamiya wheels, always love switching them up. I'm actually running jconcepts rims with their goosebump tires, not the greatest as way too much traction on carpet where I run it... but it will be fun on the outdoor tracks I go to.
