everyone says the 100 is the way to get your core strong without doing plank exercises. while it seems hard I am training every day and getting a little bit stronger. I hope to have a toned fit body in a few short months. thanks!

how can you make sure your ab muscles aren't pressing agains the ab wall? And if you find that they are how do you go about fixing it?
