  • everyone says the 100 is the way to get your core strong without doing plank exercises. while it seems hard I am training every day and getting a little bit stronger. I hope to have a toned fit body in a few short months. thanks!

  • @MaryEmerson80 Good work Mary, Yes this is a tough exercise, but well worth the effort.

    Try the full 30 minute routines on our website to get some more variety in your workout. Let me know how you go.

  • how can you make sure your ab muscles aren't pressing agains the ab wall? And if you find that they are how do you go about fixing it?
