The song that plays for the first 40sec or so I believe is called "Falling" by Philip Sheppard, album called "The Dying Swan - Music for One to Seven Players."

The techno-ish music starting at 1:40 is from John Hopkins album "Insides." Much of the music in this is from that album.

At tonight's performance at Sadlers Wells they had Entity on DVD (£9.99). It doesn't show up on amazon and even though the copy I bought says it is produced by Random Dance I don't see it on their website. Anyway, it IS on DVD now and maybe the best thing to do is contact Random Dance through their website or see whether Sadlers Wells still have copies.

I genuinely want to know more! IF dance is vague or has NO meaning THAT'S COOL - but WM says he has been thinking about this theme for 2.5 years!

I find his expl. far too vague and wishy washy - OK it's just a YT promo I know - but most modern dance programs you read contain similar vague texts too

'this dance explores the themes of solitude and isolation' this would be easy to understand

-but when you talk of cognative/ neuroscience you need to elabourate a little IMHO!

I'm off to start choreographing my new work about how annoying youtube is. It will be for 16 dancers but 4 will be lost or censored. There will be interactive hate from the audience projected onto screens, the set will be mainly kittens, mopeds, emos etc surrounding an enormous fibreglass cleavage
