Hmm my local MMA schools want $300 to $400 for 3 months instruction some more. The classes are over filled 30 students to 1 or 2 instructors. I would get little instruction for my money but would get reasonably fit. Systema I have been doing for 14 months and has cost me a total of $200. I have never learnt as much, been fitter or felt better. I no longer have to visit my chiropractor every 6 months to get straightened out. Scam? I think not! And yes I have sudied other styles.
some of this stuff looks nuts but allot of it is obviosly extremely exaggerated drills that look kinda goofy yet teach u how respond. (in my opinion at least)
