How did they completely downplay Brandon and Kelly's relationship? To me, they were always portrayed as meant to be. If Jason Priestley didn't leave the show, Kelly would've ended up with Brandon not Dylan.  And hopefully she'll be with Brandon on the spinoff.

I agree about downplaying it, but you can't steal someone from someone else. I never liked that triangle, but i think in this story it was important for her to be with dylan. By soul mates though it was kelly and Dylan, they could understand eachother better than anyone else ever did.

once brenda left i knew the show would go down hill. brenda walsh was my favorite character of this show! brandon & kelly just made it more interesting & so amazing. when they broke up it just got sucky. i just wish at david & donnas wedding EVERYONE came back but they didnt. they suck!

you can go to like any dvd store & get the first 4 seasons. i have seasons 1,2,& 3. brenda & dylan dont end up together in the end. kelly & dylan kind of do, i know its so sad =[ brenda & dylan shouldve been together & brandon & kelly shouldve been together as well.

I'm both to an extent. I loved the show and don't just hate any one couple. In the end, I wanted Kelly/Dylan, but part of that comes from what I consider the complete ruining of the Kelly/Brandon relationship in seasons 8 and 9. K/D were the first couple I ever really loved, and I was happy they wound up together in the end, but I thought the K/B relationship was wonderful, too. I just loved the show, so I tend to love all of the couples at some point. K/D are just my endgame. Long answer :P

Yeah I agree about Seasons 8-9. Emma, the anti-wedding, and the subsequent breakup were all terrible storylines. They were very contrived, all done because Jason was going to leave the show. It's upsetting because so much was invested in the K/B relationship. I guess the writers felt they had to stoop to such lows to break K/B up so that Jason could leave. It was really pathetic though.

After watching this video, it has made me become a fan of Brandon and Kelly. My two favorite couples on the show are Brenda and Dylan and Brandon and Kelly. The show should have ended with these pairings, but it did not so I guess I will have to live with the reruns of watching these two couples together, along with fan fiction.
